Position Overview
The Deputy Manager – Data Center will oversee the bank’s firewall and network infrastructure while ensuring the integrity of our information security systems. You will lead the planning and execution of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to guarantee business continuity.
Key responsibilities include administering virtualized Windows and RHEL servers, Active Directory, databases, DevOps environments, and our Azure Cloud tenant. This role requires a proactive approach to addressing customer requirements and supporting cross-functional operations.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:

Academic: Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering from a recognized institution.

Tenure: A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in the IT field.

Industry: Prior experience in the Banking Industry is highly advantageous.

Specialized Knowledge: Exposure to ICBS (Integrated Core Banking System) is preferred.
Technical Competencies (Minimum 3 years hands-on experience preferred):

Network administration and firewall management.

Information security best practices.

Virtualization technologies and Database management.

DevOps practices, Active Directory, and O365 management.

Hybrid Data Center management (Cloud & On-premises).
