Job Profile

• On-Site Technical Services: Perform accurate measurements, installations, repairs, and routine maintenance for furniture products.

• Documentation: Prepare technical drawings and quotations, ensuring seamless communication with the Service Center front office.

• Supervision: Oversee furniture technicians and service franchise agents to ensure high service standards.

• Training: Organize and conduct technical training programs for technicians and franchise agents as needed.

• Quality Control: Identify quality-related issues and report findings to management for continuous improvement.

• System Management: Maintain precise records by updating work order information within the service system.

• Compliance: Adhere to company protocols regarding installations, technical drawings, and documentation.

Personal Profile

• Education: Successful completion of GCE (O/L) and GCE (A/L) examinations.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 or a Diploma in a related technical field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in furniture measurements, technical drawings, and repair services.

• Communication: Fluency in English and Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage).

• Age: Below 35 years.
