Position Overview
As a Senior Executive in our Digital Banking Unit, you will coordinate and drive digital initiatives specifically designed for business customers. You will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and various departments to gather requirements, oversee testing, and monitor product performance. This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital ecosystem and accelerating the adoption of our business solutions.
Candidate Profile

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Banking, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the Banking or Financial services sector.

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of SME/MSME business products and digital banking solutions.

Regulatory Savvy: Solid grasp of general banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Power BI; strong analytical skills and IT literacy.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Bonus: Experience in direct customer interaction and a sound knowledge of marketing principles.
