Officer β Provincial Operations
The Job Role You will provide vital administrative, reporting, and operational support to the Provincial Head. Your role is to streamline workflows, manage documentation, and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure the region meets its strategic business goals.
Principal Accountabilities

Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate files, reports, and correspondence; manage calendars and record minutes for key meetings.

Tracking & Follow-up: Oversee issue-tracking systems and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure pending tasks are completed on schedule.

Audit Support: Coordinate channel-level audits by collating regional data, addressing observations, and preparing reports for the Audit Exit Committee.

Operations & Reconciliation: Manage month-end reconciliations for claims and underwriting; ensure branch staff update daily dashboards for weekly reviews.

Liaison & Recruitment: Act as a bridge between departments to facilitate staff and agency recruitment, including scheduling interviews and raising Service Request Forms (SRF).

Sales & Targets: Support the team in hitting GWP, FYP, ANBP, and Persistency targets through administrative assistance and competitor gap analysis.

Agent & Policy Support: Facilitate policy revivals and manage agent benefits (including medical and group life claims). Provide compassionate support in the event of an agentβs death to ensure family benefits are processed.

Operational Contingency: Act as a substitute for the Senior Sales Officer (SSO) or cashiering functions in specific branches when required.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with VIP clients to drive sales growth within the zone.
Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Ideally 2 years in an administrative role.

Education: Currently pursuing a degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution.

Skills: Sound knowledge of office administration; a basic understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.

Technical: Proficiency in the MS Office suite.

Attributes: Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure with minimal supervision.
