We are seeking energetic go-getters for our Singer Mega Showrooms in: Nugegoda, Boralesgamuwa, Kottawa, Mount Lavinia, Negombo, Thurstan Road, Rajagiriya, Thalawathugoda, Peliyagoda, Ratmalana, One Galle Face Mall, and Havelock City Mall.

The Role

As a Customer Care Assistant/Officer, you are the face of our brand. Your mission includes:

• Building Connections: Engaging with customers to create lasting relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets.

• Delivering Excellence: Crafting unforgettable shopping experiences that ensure total customer satisfaction.

• Operational Support: Partnering with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of administration and showroom organization.

• Expert Guidance: Helping customers navigate our wide product range to find the perfect solutions for their needs.

Candidate Profile

You’ll be a great fit if you meet the following criteria:

• Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. Ordinary Levels.

• Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in consumer durables is a significant plus).

• Passion: A genuine love for sales and high-quality customer care.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.

• Versatility: A flexible mindset, ready to dive into a work roster with enthusiasm.

• Personality: A vibrant background in extra-curricular activities.

• Age: Between 18 and 25 years old, ready to take on the world with energy!
