• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory management and hire-purchase systems.

• Leadership: Exceptional communication, decision-making, and people management skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working in a computerized environment; familiarity with retail software is a plus.

• Age: Ideally between 25 and 40 years.
