JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Power BI Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Connect Power BI to various data sources including Excel, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling for effective visualization.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and refine reporting outputs.

AI Implementation & Support:

• Explore and test AI tools relevant to business use.
• Propose and implement small scale AI use cases that improve team productivity.
• Assist in documentation, progress tracking, and knowledge-sharing activities around AI tools.
• Maintain project trackers and support internal campaigns to drive AI adoption.
• Actively participate in the internal AI enablement project and contribute to champion presentations.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Power BI development or dashboard reporting.
• Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Passionate about AI driven transformation with a willingness to experiment and learn.
