Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and willing to pursue a career in our dynamic Corporate Secretarial Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of Board, Audit, and other Sub-Committee meeting minutes.
- Handling statutory forms at the Registrar of Companies.
- Liaising with Colombo Stock Exchange.
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified Chartered Secretary or Attorney at Law or LLB degree.
- Two years of experience in Company Secretarial work.
- Proficient in the English language with excellent writing skills.
- Sound knowledge in Company Law and Corporate Governance is an advantage.
- Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
