We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team and drive corporate business growth by promoting our range of premium automobile solutions to corporate clients.

Position: Assistant Manager – Sales (FORD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize overall performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Monitor market trends and keep a close eye on competitor activities.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience (experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred).

  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.

  • Outstanding negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet targets.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
