Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure individual and collective goals are met.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new growth opportunities.

Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive updates and reports to senior management regarding sales performance and market developments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure sales efforts align with overall business objectives.

Compliance: Ensure all operations fully comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a leadership capacity.

Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Competencies: Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach and excellent negotiation skills.

Technical Proficiency: Competent in using MS Office and CRM software.
