Operations Lead – Supply Chain Finance
The Role
As the Operations Lead, you will drive the operational success of our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business. You will align daily execution with broader strategic goals, ensuring our product and segment mix meets target growth.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Distributor and Supplier Finance transactions, ensuring seamless onboarding via the TradeLinc platform.

Financial Integrity: Manage timely GL/PL reconciliations and enforce rigorous risk control practices across all SCF products.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for Anchor clients, resolving issues and leading training workshops for internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Integration: Partner with IT to integrate TradeLinc with Anchor ERP systems to boost transaction speed, accuracy, and the overall client experience.

Compliance & Audit: Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) and uphold all internal and external audit standards.
Entry Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with a deep understanding of banking operations and a track record of excellence.
The Person:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years in Banking or Financial Operations, specifically within Supply Chain or Trade Finance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with SCF platforms, ERP integration, and banking transaction systems is highly preferred.

Certifications: Professional qualifications such as ICC (CTFP) or LIBF are a significant advantage.

Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and risk management abilities, paired with strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
