Executive – Fleet Administration
Location: Colombo 02, Sri Lanka (On-site)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Executive – Fleet Administration to manage our transport operations. You will be responsible for overseeing vehicle performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing fleet efficiency to meet our service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Monitoring: Track vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption while aligning transport schedules with customer requirements.

Maintenance & Compliance: Oversee preventive maintenance to ensure all vehicles remain roadworthy, documented, and fully compliant with safety standards.

Incident Management: Coordinate breakdown assistance and recovery operations efficiently.

Cost Control: Implement fuel efficiency measures and optimize route planning to minimize idle time and reduce operational costs.

Safety & Regulation: Enforce driver safety policies and ensure strict adherence to traffic, labor, and environmental regulations.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly fleet analysis and performance reports for management review.
Candidate Profile

Education: Minimum of 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in fleet or transport management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with fleet management software or GPS tracking systems.

Expertise: Solid understanding of route planning, transport operations, and basic vehicle maintenance.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Sinhala.
