The Role

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Senior QA Engineer to ensure the integrity of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Platform. This is a hands-on role requiring 3–5 years of software testing experience with a heavy focus on automation. You will collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality, complex applications using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and Rest Assured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed test plans and coordinate testing activities within SCRUM teams.

  • Automation Development: Build and maintain automated test scripts in Java using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and Rest Assured.

  • Specialized Testing: Implement performance and security testing strategies using tools like JMeter, Gatling, and ZAP.

  • CI/CD Integration: Automate product testing and support the maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

  • Quality Advocacy: Provide feedback on upcoming features and stay current with emerging QA tools and industry best practices.

  • Collaboration: Execute quality control activities across teams, identifying and resolving issues to ensure consistent excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in software testing or QA engineering.

  • Automation Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and API testing (Rest Assured).

  • Technical Versatility: Experience with JMeter, Gatling, ZAP, and version control systems like Git.

  • Agile Mindset: Proven ability to implement quality improvements within an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
