Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to join our team in Ekala. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from sourcing high-quality candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every new hire.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process with speed and precision.

Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract candidates using various job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.

Agency Partnership: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies to secure top-tier talent.

Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a professional experience for all applicants.

Selection: Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit against job requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and Department Heads (HODs) to define staffing needs and draft accurate job descriptions.

Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless transition for new employees through a well-structured onboarding process.
Candidate Profile

Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong interpersonal touch.

Efficiency: Ability to multitask and stay organized within a fast-paced work environment.

Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at working across departments to translate business needs into clear job profiles.
