The Role: Associate Operations Analyst

As a vital member of our Operations team, you will manage data processes, handle transaction processing, and oversee client reporting. You will be responsible for resolving issues across various client accounts while ensuring all operational standards are consistently met.

Prerequisites

We are looking for proactive individuals who meet the following criteria:

Education: Graduates or undergraduates awaiting final results.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry is preferred.
Mindset: A “customer-first” attitude with a strong desire for continuous learning.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage complex operational challenges and navigate unexpected scenarios.
Communication: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Flexibility: Ability to work according to U.S. time zones and calendars.

Shift Availability

Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Sri Lankan Time)
