About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive (Taxation) to manage tax compliance and asset registers for our legal entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Manage all taxation activities, including coordinating with the IRD for SVAT matters and representing the company during tax audits or interviews.

• Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly schedules for SVAT (input/output), Income Tax, and SSCL.

• Documentation: Maintain the annual tax plan, physical tax returns, tax invoices, and SVAT vouchers.

• Workflow Coordination: Manage SVAT Credit Vouchers between suppliers and customers; ensure timely collection of WHT certificates.

• Asset Management: Maintain the Fixed Asset register, accounting for depreciation, additions, and disposals, while conducting regular physical verifications.

• Audit & Overheads: Assist with internal and external audits and review group overhead invoice allocations.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Full or part qualification in CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional body.

• Specialization: A Certificate or Diploma in Taxation is highly preferred.

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, with a specific focus on taxation.

• Academic Record: * GCE O/L: 6 passes, including “A” grades in Mathematics and English.

  • GCE A/L: Minimum of 3 passes.
