The Role

As a Junior HR Associate, you will be a vital part of our People Operations team, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees. You will support daily HR functions and contribute to our award-winning workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment cycles and provide a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Employee Engagement: Help organize internal events and initiatives that drive a positive, high-energy workplace culture.

• Logistics Coordination: Manage employee transport arrangements to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Employee Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for HR-related queries and administrative support.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a partial qualification in CIPM (or related field).

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage confidential information with high discretion.

• Availability: Must be able to work the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift onsite in Nugegoda.
