Business Development Executive

In this role, you will leverage your passion for sales to build robust customer connections. Your primary focus will be evaluating the needs of potential clients, understanding their evolving organizational cultures, and developing strategies to initiate partnerships. Your goal is to foster trust and guide organizations on their journey toward becoming Great Place To Work® Certified.

You will be responsible for expanding the number of organizations committed to enhancing their workplace culture. By showcasing the complete suite of Great Place To Work® products to both new and existing clients, you will meet sales targets and drive our mission forward. You’ll also identify and secure meetings with prospects, collaborate closely with Account Managers, and maintain meticulous customer data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and attract new clients to grow the sales pipeline.

  • Account Growth: Recognize opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing clients.

  • Tailored Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges and propose customized solutions.

  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective partners.

  • Account Management: Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

  • Executive Networking: Build relationships with C-suite and HR executives to position our mission and secure business.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing queries and feedback promptly.

  • Project Oversight: Regularly review project progress and client satisfaction, making adjustments as needed.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.

  • CRM Management: Document all sales activities in Zoho and maintain accurate trackers following our sales processes.

  • Facilitation: Lead workshops and programs to deliver our mission of building “Great Workplaces for All.”

  • Project Lifecycle: Manage continuous client interactions, including survey creation, administration, and final deliverables.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing.
