Executive – Inside Sales

Location: Colombo (02nd Floor, Sayuru Sevena, Colombo 02) Discipline: Business Development, Sales & Marketing

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Colombo. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth through strategic relationship management and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients.

• Account Maintenance: Manage accurate client records, including contract updates and timely renewals.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic plans and consistently hit KPIs.

• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.

• Customer Support: Handle territory-specific inquiries and resolve client needs efficiently.

• Performance Monitoring: Ensure assigned accounts receive services that align with their budgets and operational requirements.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to refine processes and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum of 3 passes at the GCE Advanced Level.

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience; backgrounds in last-mile delivery, customer service, or sales are highly preferred.

• Professional Qualifications: Full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM is a distinct advantage.

• Communication: Fluency in English and Sinhala is essential (proficiency in Tamil is a plus).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office packages.
