Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Transmission Line to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical power infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and under budget. This role demands a high level of technical expertise and proven hands-on experience in transmission line construction and management.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Lead transmission line projects from initial planning through to final completion.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

• Project Controls: Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage performance to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

• Compliance & Quality: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards.

• Operations: Oversee resource allocation, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and conduct regular site visits to supervise activities.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager specifically within transmission line projects (mandatory).

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of transmission line design, construction, and execution.

• Certifications: PMP or an equivalent project management certification is required.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.

• Sector Experience: Experience in large-scale infrastructure or power sector projects is highly preferred.
