Job Purpose

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering the enterprise-grade applications that power our fintech, telco, and digital service platforms. You’ll transform complex business needs into secure, scalable software while championing modern engineering standards. By blending software craftsmanship with AI-driven development accelerators and DevOps automation, you will help us achieve faster delivery cycles and long-term platform resilience.

The Role

• Engineering Excellence: Translate functional requirements into secure, performant, and maintainable code, developing microservices and cloud-native solutions.

• Standards & Quality: Uphold SSDLC and test-driven development (TDD) standards, ensuring every release is robust and secure.

• Automation & CI/CD: Drive an automation-first culture by embedding CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing into the development lifecycle.

• Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, manage technical debt through strategic refactoring, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers to elevate team capabilities.

• Collaboration: Partner with Architects, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to align technical specifications with business outcomes.

• Operational Resilience: Support deployments and system stability using SRE practices, observability tools, and root-cause analysis.

• Innovation & AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and AI-driven testing to accelerate productivity, enhance code quality, and optimize telemetry.

The Person

• Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-scale software engineering.

• Tech Stack: Strong hands-on expertise in backend frameworks (Java/Spring Boot preferred).

• Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Methodology: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on fast-paced delivery.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in fintech, telco, or highly regulated industries is a significant plus.

• Modern Tools: Familiarity with AI-augmented development, data-driven engineering, and full-stack exposure (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
