Your Responsibilities

Team Guidance: Lead and support the internal SAP team regarding all ISR/PO support and integration activities.

Process Implementation: Collaborate with departments to identify business needs, consult with management for approvals, and convert requirements into functional processes.

Operations Management: Oversee and administer IT operations for collection centers.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for new processes and system changes.

User Training: Manage and maintain updated SAP user manuals.

Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on guidance for SAP ISR/PO tasks, including pricing and item activation.
Requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, IT, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar SAP support role.

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and diligently follow up on tasks.
