The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive intern to join our Operations team and help drive efficiency in our world-class manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.

• Data Management: Maintain and update tracking sheets, status reports, and operational dashboards.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with multiple departments to gather updates and ensure alignment on key deliverables.

• Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential delays or gaps and flag them to the relevant stakeholders.

• Reporting Support: Assist in summarizing key operational insights and progress updates for management.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining workflows and adding structure to ongoing operational processes.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Prior internship experience or academic projects involving project coordination/operations is a significant advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.

• Tools: Familiarity with project management software or structured task-tracking systems.
