What You Need to Do:

• Support System Compliance: Assist in maintaining management system requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22000:2018) across all operational locations.

• License & Permit Management: Support the process of securing and renewing necessary official licenses and permits.

• Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal, client, corporate, and regulatory standards.

• Data Analysis: Analyze health, safety, and sustainability data to identify trends, and effectively communicate key findings to relevant departments.

• Incident Investigation: Assist in incident investigations and track the prompt implementation of corrective actions.

• Cross-Functional Follow-up: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure any identified compliance deviations are resolved in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For:

• An undergraduate currently pursuing a degree from a recognized university.

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.

• The ability to thrive in both team-oriented and self-directed work environments.

• Willingness to travel to various operating locations as required.
