Job Profile

  • Strategy & ROI: Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand marketing strategies to drive strong ROI. This includes shaping the company’s overall marketing mix and strategies.

  • Brand Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Brands team to play a pivotal role in driving brand engagement.

  • Presentations & Pitches: Develop compelling marketing presentations and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders to help drive new ideas, programs, and themes.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas internal contacts to drive brand sales.

  • Campaign Execution: Execute comprehensive marketing support for the brands through the effective deployment of ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns.

  • Market Research: Research new trends, marketing practices, and innovative consumer engagement techniques, while refining retail marketing strategies that align with broader company goals.

  • Budgeting: Establish and manage budgets for all retail marketing programs and collaborate effectively with current retail accounts.

Requirements

  • Age: Between 23–37 years.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, or an equivalent professional qualification such as CIM / SLIM.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the Fashion Retail Marketing field in a middle management position.

  • Mindset: Innovative, dynamic, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment where your creativity will be challenged.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an analytical mindset.

  • Traits: Results-oriented with the ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas into the business.
