SENIOR BRAND EXECUTIVE / BRAND EXECUTIVE

Campaign & Promotion Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with all internal divisions to craft and execute strategic plans.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct post-evaluation assessments of executed marketing programs.
Market Analysis: Analyze marketing activities to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
Opportunity Identification: Identify emerging market segments and new business opportunities.
Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with external partners, including advertising agencies, suppliers, media stations, and other service providers.
Consumer Insights: Gather relevant on-the-field consumer insights specific to the industry and organization.
Process Documentation: Ensure rigorous documentation processes are followed, including managing contracts, budgeting, and invoicing.
Execution & Launch Planning: Manage thorough planning at the execution stage for new product developments, activations, events, outlet openings, day-to-day operations, and new brand launches.

Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with a part-qualification in CIM/SLIM or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Age: 30 years of age or below.
Key Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written). Must be computer literate.
Attributes: Target-oriented, committed to achieving goals, and capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Adaptability: Ability to perform well under pressure, manage challenging timelines, and maintain flexibility to work as required by the organization.
