Job Purpose

In this role, you will bring purpose-led innovation to life, driving work that builds a better business and a better world. You’ll join a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on both people and the planet. As Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of driving and delivering brand objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute promotion and innovation plans. You will also partner closely with external agencies to develop and launch high-impact advertising strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Define brand objectives and prepare volume, value, and margin forecasts to achieve annual growth targets and market share.

  • Brand Development: Lead the brand development process in alignment with category strategies.

  • Consumer Insight: Cultivate a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior through research and agency partnerships.

  • Creative Execution: Develop distinct advertising campaigns and ensure media plans are executed effectively.

  • Innovation & Launch: Lead the end-to-end deployment of product innovations in the marketplace.

  • Financial Management: Propose pricing strategies to hit margin targets; manage and reconcile support budgets.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with trade marketing, creative, media, and PR agencies to implement seamless consumer activities.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate demand plans and oversee product availability, taking proactive corrective action when necessary.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop subordinates to enhance their skills and future career potential.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Marketing preference) or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • Experience: At least 3–4 years in Brand Management or Marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector.

  • Skills: A strategic thinker with a passion for growth, possessing strong interpersonal skills and an assertive, confident communication style.
