The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive transformation and continuous improvement. In this role, you will analyze Standard Minute Values (SMV) and optimize production operations to maintain planned efficiencies and increase overall productivity across Kreeda.


Key Responsibilities

  • Method Optimization: Participate in development meetings to recommend best practices and manufacturing methods that ensure smooth operational flow.

  • SMV & GSD Analysis: Critically analyze samples, prepare operational breakdowns, and assign SMVs using the GSD system to minimize costs.

  • Manufacturability: Monitor product development to ensure designs align with efficient manufacturing methods.

  • Costing & Innovation: Prepare accurate costing sheets and offer alternative options to provide customers with competitive pricing and innovative features.

  • Material Planning: Provide timely fabric consumption data during the initial sampling stage.

  • Capacity Planning: Categorize chassis for each season and advise planning teams on capacity generation to boost productivity.

  • Resource Allocation: Design machine layouts to optimize the allocation of equipment and manpower for maximum output.

  • Standardization: De-skill operations and standardize machinery during the development phase to prevent bottlenecks in bulk production.

  • R&D & Attachments: Research and develop specialized machine attachments to enhance production efficiency.

  • Work Study: Apply work-study techniques to improve quality standards and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct daily cycle-time studies to identify and implement potential module improvements.


Knowledge and Skills

  • Education: A Degree in Textile & Clothing, Physical Science, or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Tech Savvy: Strong IT literacy and proficiency in relevant systems.
