Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Drive leadership during critical production phases, including PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), Moulding Integration (MI), Factory Integration (FI), and Pre-Production (Pp).

• Process Automation: Proactively identify automation opportunities to de-skill operations during the Pre-Production stage.

• Resource Optimization: Minimize machine requirements for layouts and ensure optimal machine availability for active production.

• Technical Planning: Prepare initial layouts, Yamazumi Version 1 charts, and Standard Training Work (STW) for machine settings.

• Productivity Enhancement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Team Member (TM) work content, increasing productivity within the existing footprint.

• Feasibility Testing: Execute mini-bulk trials for automated and optimized solutions to certify manufacturing feasibility.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external suppliers to ensure automated solutions are successfully deployed across all relevant plants.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Education: A Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar industrial engineering capacity.

• Industry Expertise: A strong background in apparel production processes.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
