Our diverse product range includes everything from technical knits and fleece to engineered wovens and sweaters.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Merchandiser – Development to drive the transformation at MAS. You will manage the end-to-end development process, from initial style receipt to fit sample completion, ensuring high service levels and business growth through seamless coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Manage expectations by catering to specific development needs and facilitating the commercialization process (pricing, terms, and conditions) to ensure retention and growth.

• Sample Development: Coordinate the SAMM sample process, lead development meetings, and source fabrics/trims to ensure all prototypes are delivered accurately and on time.

• Salesman Sample Support: Maintain and update system data with precision to facilitate the effective completion of Salesman Samples.

Knowledge and Skills

• Education: A Degree in a relevant field or a professional qualification such as CIM.

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or apparel development.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, garment construction, and sampling processes.

• Skills: Proficiency in IT and garment-related management systems.
