The Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will manage the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) process. Your primary focus will be identifying and addressing the training needs of our agents to ensure the organization meets its strategic growth objectives.
Key Accountabilities

Strategy & Framework: Define the learning philosophy and document a comprehensive short-term and long-term L&D roadmap.

Annual Planning: Develop the yearly training plan focused on product knowledge and need-based selling, utilizing business inputs and formal needs assessments.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Regional and Zonal Managers to capture specific training requirements across different territories.

Execution & Quality: Oversee the delivery of the learning plan nationwide, ensuring all sessions meet established learning objectives.

Financial Oversight: Manage the training budget with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Content & Delivery: Design high-impact training materials and personally facilitate sessions for senior agency members.

Performance Monitoring: Lead business reviews to discuss participation rates and performance; report key metrics (effectiveness, coverage, etc.) to the Learning Academy.

Innovation: Evaluate current infrastructure and implement new technologies to enhance learning efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze program data to provide actionable recommendations for improving the overall learner experience.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Professional Certification: Full or partial qualification in HR, L&D, Coaching, or Mentoring is highly advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 2β3 years at a Senior Executive level within L&D, with at least 8+ years of total professional experience.
