The Opportunity

Selected candidates will join us as Trainee Branch Managers, undergoing a comprehensive one-year training program designed to prepare you for full leadership. This is an ideal path for aspiring “entrepreneurial showroom managers” who want to run a business unit as if it were their own.

Upon successful completion of training—covering company products, systems, and processes—you will be appointed as a Branch Manager with the following responsibilities:

Job Profile

• Performance: Drive revenue and profit targets while ensuring timely payment recoveries.

• Inventory: Maintain optimum stock levels through diligent management.

• Operations: Plan and oversee daily business functions to ensure seamless branch performance.

• Customer Excellence: Uphold and champion high standards of customer service.

• Visual Standards: Manage showroom merchandising and ensure all products are displayed effectively.

• Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to maximize sales and efficiency.

• Safety: Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment.

Personal Profile

• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the Consumer Durables retail sector.

• Education: A professional qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

• Expertise: Solid understanding of inventory management and hire-purchase systems.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and effective communication skills.

• Aptitude: Sharp analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilities.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable working in a computerized retail environment.

• Age: Ideally between 25 and 40 years.
