We are looking for energetic go-getters to join our Singer Mega Showrooms at the following locations: Nugegoda, Boralesgamuwa, Kottawa, Mount Lavinia, Negombo, Thurstan Road, Rajagiriya, Thalawathugoda, Peliyagoda, Ratmalana, One Galle Face Mall, and Havelock City Mall.

The Role: Customer Care Assistant / Officer

As the face of our brand, you will be at the heart of our mission to:

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a great fit if you meet the following criteria:

Education: Successful completion of G.C.E. Ordinary Levels.
Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in consumer durables is a definite plus).
Passion: A genuine love for sales and providing world-class customer care.
Skills: Effective communication skills and a vibrant, outgoing personality.
Flexibility: Readiness to work on a roster basis with energy and enthusiasm.
Background: Active involvement in extra-curricular activities is highly valued.
Age: Between 18 and 25 years old—ready to take on the world!
