The Role
The Assistant Manager – Commercial Delivery is responsible for executing commercial strategies and ensuring seamless service for key 3PL customers. You will focus on managing high-level relationships, driving revenue, ensuring SLA adherence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Commercial Performance: Meet revenue and margin targets through the precise execution of commercial agreements and pricing structures.

Service Excellence: Coordinate with operations, warehousing, and transport teams to ensure all service delivery meets agreed-upon SLAs.

Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss service levels, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Billing: Manage accurate invoicing, billing, and commercial contract compliance.

Analytics: Monitor operational and commercial performance data to identify gaps and recommend strategic improvements.

Onboarding: Support new business implementations, including customer onboarding and solution deployment.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Solutions teams to align service delivery with commercial goals.

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of 3PL operations, including warehousing and distribution.
