Assistant Manager – Radiology

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Discipline: Business Development, Sales, & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue: Secure supply orders, ensure timely delivery, and consistently meet sales targets and gross profit margins.

• Market Engagement: Visit hospitals and medical centers to analyze specific requirements and identify growth opportunities.

• Documentation: Compile accurate price quotations and develop comprehensive business proposals.

• Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and key business stakeholders.

• Promotion: Execute strategic promotional activities to drive product development and market penetration.

• Operations: Maintain detailed records of sales, debtors, and customer feedback while following up on pending client needs.

• Internal Coordination: Liaise with logistics and finance departments to streamline invoicing and delivery timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Medical Technology. Additional certifications in medical imaging or ultrasound technology are a plus.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in selling radiology equipment or ultrasound scanners.

• Track Record: A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets within the healthcare sector.

• Network: Experience collaborating with Radiologists, OBGYNs, Cardiologists, and hospital procurement teams.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
