Role Overview

We are at the forefront of textile innovation, blending advanced wearable technology with aesthetic appeal. As an Assistant in our Knitting department, you will play a vital role in managing our front-end knitting processes to ensure seamless production and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Monitor shift attendance and foster a safe, collaborative team culture among associates.

• Production Management: Coordinate the production plan with the technical team to ensure efficient machine changeovers and maximize daily output.

• Operational Problem Solving: Address day-to-day technical issues on the floor to maintain momentum.

• Resource Allocation: Align with the front-end knitting plan by allocating machines based on diameter requirements and real-time output data.

Knowledge and Skills

• Education: G.C.E. Advanced Level (Science Stream) or a Diploma/Certification in Science, Engineering, or Textile Technology.

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.

• Core Competencies: Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving, innovation, and technical ingenuity.
