Merchandising Executive

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Merchandising Executive to drive high visual standards across our retail spaces. In this role, you will lead the execution of visual merchandising initiatives, coordinate shop renovations, and support new store openings. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure every project is delivered to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Lead merchandising arrangements for new shop openings, expansions, and renovation projects.

• Visual Excellence: Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across assigned areas in accordance with company guidelines.

• Resource Management: Oversee the setup of display racks, furniture, and product presentations.

• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to manage deliveries and ensure the smooth execution of site works.

• Logistics & Documentation: Manage warehouse and contractor deliveries while handling payment documentation and treasury liaison.

• Budget Oversight: Monitor allocated budgets to ensure effective and efficient utilization within approved limits.

• Timely Execution: Prepare BOQs and project documentation to ensure all assignments are completed within agreed schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail sales.

• Education: GCE O/L & A/L or equivalent; a background in retail business operations is preferred.

• Project Skills: Proven ability to handle shop revamping or merchandising projects is a distinct advantage.

• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Flexibility: Must be willing to travel and work in the field as required to oversee projects.

• Efficiency: Strong time-management skills with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
