Customer Support Officer
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.

Education: G.C.E. O/L qualification with at least a “C” pass in Mathematics and English.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in two or three languages (Bilingual/Trilingual) is highly advantageous.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and various software applications.

Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedicated, customer-centric approach.

Availability: Ability to work 5.5 days a week on a roster basis.
Key Responsibilities

Call Management: Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Issue Resolution: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our system.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
