Location: Bodywear (Ratmalana), Sri Lanka

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent follow-ups with suppliers and customers to ensure project alignment.

• Sample Coordination: Liaise with the Sample Room, Embellishment, Planning, and Sourcing teams to guarantee timely completion of product samples.

• Logistics Support: Coordinate with Stores and Cutting departments to manage the dispatch of samples according to deadlines.

• Product Development: Assist Product Development Merchants in overseeing day-to-day sample room activities.

• Inventory Management: Handle raw material ordering, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and Material Requisition (MRF) processes, including stock collection and issuing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Business Management, or holding professional qualifications such as CIM.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong basic skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.

• Core Competencies: Effective communication and emerging negotiation skills.

• Attributes: A proactive learner with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
