Key Responsibilities

• Product Evolution: Assist in transitioning garment designs from initial concept through to final production.

• Quality & Testing: Support material testing protocols, quality assurance checks, and product performance evaluations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure project alignment.

• Innovation Research: Investigate emerging technologies, sustainable fabrics, and modern manufacturing practices.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed process records, draft technical reports, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering (Textile, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related discipline).

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

• Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in apparel manufacturing, product design, and textile technology.

• Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to thrive within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in CAD tools or PLM software is preferred.

• Bonus: A qualification in CIM is considered an added advantage.
